back from morning exercise. feel so shiok n refreshed! if i have the time and place, i will go jog every morning, let the perspiration flow out the pores of my skin. after sending jasmine to sch, i went to gombak to meet my aunt n the rest of the aunties for morning exercise. they beat their tai ji, i went run. tried to do, but i cmi, really cmi. takes time to learn. haha!! it's tough to do it well, serious.

came back, jolene still sleeping... i think tt a person's most adorable and innocent. during sleep, one will look very pure n cute n lovable, bear no evil thoughts. how i wish i can stay in sleep n be pure, free from earthly desires, let all these be only in dream world, like in the matrix. but then tt makes me non-human in a sense. dunno.. but i still love to be asleep, and watch ppl sleep.
