there had been news about building a lagoon at pulau hantu with CLEAR waters for diving enthuiasts. how cool it tt?!!? sounds cool? think twice. my take on this is: COMMERCIAL VALUE. u think those ppl pumping in $ really want to conserve n bring awareness? they wanna make $.
