travel plans

My travel plans are out.

My last day of work here will be 26th July. It is a Wednesday, so if everything is the same as last year, if we need to leave the park by the Xanterra's transport, we might need to leave on the 26th and catch the van to Bozeman on thursday morning. Hope someone kind will drive us to Bozeman on the 27th. Hopefully. :)

We will go to Las Vegas for 5 days. Do some shopping, visit Grand Canyon, Lake Mead, Hoover Dam and if time allows, visit Death Valley. They say it is real hot there then, really wanna experience the heat. Not that i will enjoy it, but it will be cool (figuratively).

Then, we will fly to Atlanta, Georgia, where Mr Coleman Hancock will fetch us and we will be having a home stay at his place for another 5 to 6 days. His house has a tennis court, swimming pool, a field for soccer, baseball or whatever u wanna do, a pool house, baby grand piano with ivory keys, a lexus ES300 (which is his car), a pool table in his study and everything else u can imagine. Our initial plan was to go LA, but it might be cheaper and more fun to stay in an American's house. Plus he really want us to visit his house in Newnan, GA, so do us. WE R EXCITED!

From Atlanta, we will fly (again) to NYC and stay for 2 nights. Lodging is pretty expensive there, so we decided to stay longer in Coleman's house (free!) and cut down in the big apple. Other than the empire state building and the broadway, there's nothing else i would like to see of NYC. Maybe Statue of Liberty and Ground Zero. ya, we r cheap, but thing is we will maximise the fun meter while lowering cost!

We will leave NYC on the 10th August and fly home. Flight is 1am on the 11th, stop in Seattle, then Taipei. We got to stay 1 night in Taipei airport because EVA air cannot connect us to the flight to Singapore. So we will reach Singapore Changi Airport on the 13th August, 12pm. First thing i wanna do is to eat LAKSA!! that's for lunch. Take a cab home, shower and go for dinner. Probably more LAKSA!! or maybe LOR mee. Chicken rice! i wanna eat everything.

from 14th August onwards, everyday will be madness. back to the singaporean way of life. :)

by the way, i am making MORE $ here than last yr. my latest paycheck is US$724, tt's less lodging, food and tax. Jenny is really nice to me. Ah... this yr housekeeping is so much better than last yr. We finish our day around 4.30pm latest. Today my lodge is done by 12.30pm. Ron (location manager) is a happy man this summer. He's nice to us too. US = (coleman me n qq). i think he likes coleman (and probably us) he invited us to his place for dinner tis saturday. how weird is tat?!

Argh it's 1am now. Tomorrow is the National Park Service inspection. Gtg sleep early. Hope everyone who reads this will be a happy person today, tommorrow and the forever.
